We've put together answers to questions we hear a lot to make your shopping with us easier and more enjoyable. If you don't find what you're looking for here, please get in touch anytime.

1. How long before my order shows up?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. This includes 1 to 2 business days for handling and 6 to 10 business days for transit.

2. Is shipping free?

Absolutely. We ship everything free across the United States with no minimum order. Head over to our Shipping Policy to learn more.

3. Where are you guys based?

Hezop is an American online shop based in Georgetown, Delaware. Right now we only ship to addresses within the United States.

4. What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?

No problem. If something arrives damaged or not working right, just contact us. We offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement shipment.

5. Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

Yes, you can. You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. Get ahold of us right away if you need to.

6. What's your return policy?

We give you 30 days to return items. They need to be unused and in original condition. Get all the details in our Refund Policy

7. How long does it take to get my refund?

After we get your return and look it over, we process your refund. It usually takes about 7 business days to show up on your original payment method.

8. How do I reach out to your customer support team?

9. Does Hezop ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We only ship within the United States right now.

10. Do you have a physical store?

No, we're completely online.

11. Can I place a bulk order for my business or organization?

Bulk orders are totally welcome, so just reach out to our team.

12. How do I exchange a product I don't want?

Just reach out to us first if you want to exchange something. If it qualifies, we'll walk you through the whole process.

13. How can I track my order?

When your order ships out, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow along. You can also check on it using our Track Order page.
